Helping people to grow and develop has been central to Gavin Kelly's passion for instructing and is the thread that runs through his career.  Along side his outdoor Career he served with the Army Reserve in the UK and Overseas and commanded the Recruit Training Team for the SW.  He holds the MIA, is a certified coach and member of the Chartered Management Institute and coaches the GB Paraclimbing Team.
